Step 1: Visit a Wam agent
Visit a nearby Wam agent and let them know you'd like to top up your wallet — they'll walk you through the steps outlined below.

Step 2: Give the agent the cash
Give the agent the amount of cash you'd like to add to your wallet (in TTD).
Step 3: Show your QR Code
The agent will ask to scan your unique QR code. You can find it in the app by tapping Top Up → Top up via Wam Agent or by using the QR Code button.
Optional: You have the choice to enter the amount of cash handed over in the app before showing your QR code.
Step 4: Complete the transaction
The agent will scan your QR code and process the transaction.
If you entered the amount, the agent will confirm it.
If not, the agent will enter the amount based on the cash received.
You'll see a green confirmation screen on the agent's device, and your wallet balance will update instantly.
